        Hurst Performance is again contemplating the conversion of a limited
        number of 1969 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 modles. These Hurst-Olds specialty
        vehicles, offered to the public through Oldsmobile dealers, would be
        similar to the 1968 conversion, which is a 4487 Holiday coupe with the
        following options manditory.


            *  455 Cu. Performance Engine with special Heads, Camshaft,
               and distributor.

            *  Modified Turbo Hydra-Matic Transmission.

            *  Hurst Dual-Gate Shifter and Console.

            *  Power fron Disc Brakes.

            *  Goodyear White Stripe Poly-Glass Tires.

            *  Special Paint Treatment and H-O Emblems.


        Dealer net price for the Hurst-Olds conversion would be approximately
        $475.00 and would be billed direct to Oldsmobile dealers by Hurst
        Performance in Warminster, Pennsylvania.

        Due to the limited number of conversions, distribution would be
        handled on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you are interested in
