continuation of the Hurst/Olds will add precedent to the other fine Oldsmobile cars.

PRICE STRUCTUE
The proposed prices are based on the production of a minimum 500 vehicles. The
charges are per unit and are invoiced seperately, to the selling dealer, by Hurst.
The time necessary to complete the modifications is proportionate to the total
number of vehicles agreed upon. Assuming that the 1969 H/O production will number
at least 500, we propose to complete10 units per day. The entire project (no
matter how many vehicles proposed) will be completed by June 1, 1969. Package
price on item 1 through 13 will be ________ per unit. The approximate cost
breakdown of labor and materials is as follows:
